SHIPPING POLICY

If the goods that you have ordered are in stock KEH will endeavor to dispatch orders within two (2) to five (5) working days (Monday to Friday). Goods may not be available for immediate delivery (pre-order). KEH will advise a delivery date for your Order upon confirmation of Order. Subjected to availability from the supplier.

Other than in respect of Orders for furniture and any customized goods, if KEH gives you notice that it will be unable to deliver your Order within four (4) to six (6) business weeks of receipt of your Order, due to lack of stock, you may cancel your Order without charge, and KEH will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
